Hello there,seem to be having trouble with the renewal-old number 18,new one 96 name of Richard Jones.

Everything seems to be in order,uploaded new pic etc but do not get anything to tick if this is a likeness so when at the end i click on the green tick nothing happens,just goes to same page-anything else i need to do please?

Richard - You haven't put a valid birthdate in mon brave....... try it all again and add a birthdate in then click the button.

Now, if you'd put "complete ugly bastard" in there, you'd have been 100% accurate

Your problem was due to not having a valid DoB in the box Barrie

Have you been trying to pass off as 17-18 again ? lol

since last night all i am now getting is the page showing

Server Error in '/' Application.
String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

Read a couple of posts back? Put in a valid date of birth and it should work?

well, i think i renewed it.. no fee was mentioned.

scaley - Renewal received - You should have got an email with a copy of your renewal form. The fee is mentioned - It is the same as last year - and the email should give you intructions on the email as to where to send it and in what format - No need to include a picture as you have uploaded one.
Being rather gauche I will mention it's a cheque for £15.00 made payable to AFRA that is required....

taffpara as yet we can not see an account (in the name of taffpara at least) on the system........ IF you want to PM me I will provide you with a contact number in an attempt to get this sorted for you.

N.B. General info - Accounts will not be activated until payment received. Membership commences from activation of account. Card will follow asap.

great stuff, unfortunately the printer is up the spout so you will recieve a lovely hand written renewal form, (unless i can forward it to some one with a working printer........)

Nigel - You do not need to send a printed form - It emails us one too and we have the electronic one that you filled in online.

Wohoo, I've made it to the renew page, uploaded a photo and ticked every box.

Anne has used the Join screen to renew as suggested above and uploaded a photo etc.

When we press the green tick to submit application, it just dumps us back to the home screen for Anne and the previous renew page for me. How do we know if it's worked? No email confirmation as yet.

EDIT - Anne's email just came through so 50% success rate. I shall try mine again.

EDIT - No, my one just sends me back to the renew page. Anne's maybe worked because she used the join page. Should I do that instead?
